COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN
Bonanza Steakhouse is taking the following precautions to protect their customers, employees, and the local community from the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
All employees are screened upon entry. If symptomatic, they are required to stay home and contact a healthcare provider.
Signs are posted at entry points instructing guests not to enter with a fever or signs of Covid-19.
Sanitizer is provided for guests to use upon entering the dining area.
Customers are required to sanitize hands and wear gloves when getting food from the buffet. A staff member, while wearing gloves, will hand out a plate and instruct each guest of the sanitizing and glove procedures.
Tongs and spoons will be changed every 20 minutes.
Buffet will have a one-way lane with social distancing.
Bonanza is operating at 50% of the seating capacity
Seating has been removed and arranged to allow for social distancing at the recommended 6 feet.
Sanitizer is placed throughout the restaurant for guests and employees.
All FOH employees are required to wear face masks. Gloves will be changed frequently for those required to wear gloves.
All employees are required to wash hands every 30 minutes.
High contact areas such as door handles, phones, etc. are cleaned every 30 minutes. Pens will be used only once and then sanitized before being used again.
All tabletops and chairs are sanitized after each table turn.
Restrooms are cleaned and sanitized every 30 minutes.
Industry recommended disinfectants are used daily.
Flame broiled and seasoned with our special seasoning; cooked to perfection.
